Sub : Compensation demand from Jio Telecom for barring my Sim services without my Consent on the request of unknown person
Sir,
I would like to inform you about the de-activation of my spouse's prepaid Sim Jio number 8882814874 without consent on 08.12.2019 by someone.
On speaking to the customer service we realised that my spouse's sim has been barred some person who pretended to be my spouse and used Aadhaar details to do so also (Customercare ref. No - MR0000Q1ISD)
I mailed my concern to police, did RTI, reached TRAI but all in vain.
How could JIO Customer Care could act upon without verifying true identity.
JIO's policy has caused us harrassment by allowing authorative access in deactivating my spouse's calls to some unknown person and I demand compensation for such inconvenience caused to us.
