Such an initiative will give a justification to their roles and there must be an appraisal for every 3 months to check whether he's doing his job to the best satisfaction of India.
Corrective measures to be taken on time and remuneration to be fixed by giving an offer letter and if his/her performance is not upto the mark then he/she should be terminated without any notice!
We may need to take top Corp leaders from open market to make it happen.
Politicians are not allowed to run any kind of businesses, involved in other activities during their tenure of public office.
No pension, no facilities, no residential accommodation, no freebies etc.
No place for criminals at all.
