Each small step is important. We do not participate conciously so the courts step in. 1. phasing out diesel operated buses and small commercial vehicles. introducing CNG 2. Making highways around delhi to divert traffic meant for other states. 3. Odd even schemes. 4. phasing out older vehicles. (i support this, govt. does not have infra to check on case to case basis) Each step is painful for some of us. Some loose money, some even livelihood. but are essential for survival.
