Can someone pls suggest remedial measures for being falsely implicated by police in a corporate fraud case as HR head for which no charges are filed by them for last three years under the pretext that main accused are still absconding more

It appears that no FIR is lodged against u as HRD head. Use RTI know facts of case and ur doubts if any. Also ask the names of persons against whom thr FIR was filed . U can also ask specific abot ur name to enable u to place the facts before ur authorities in caae some internal enquiry has been initiatedcagainst u. However in case u provide full facts, in that case better advise or steps may be given. more

This is happening everywhere. God knows, how much money from national exchequer is wasted on such like cases. more

Since police is involved you are strongly advised to get an experienced criminal lawyer as suggested by Shri Gupta ji. I don't think a quash petition will help you in this stage as the matter is still under investigation stage and no formal charge sheet has been filed in a court of law. more
