Dear Sir,
please let me know what to do when the previous employer does not respond to the submitted withdrawal form two months ago in spite of mail and telephone call about the status of my withdrawal. more

YOu can directly contact to your regional PF office with your credential. and meet to the Assistant Commissioner your matter will be resolved more
Dear Mr. Badrinath, Why your Previous employer not showing interest for submission of your claim form or all the employees' processing is delay., Let you know the status. And Your not resigned from the Company or Resigned, If not settle your account with your employer or ask them why it is delay ? Some organisation may have over load of Form submission it may be delay....!!! more
Badrinath, Signature from the previous employer is an identification process, not a binding condition. You can approach the jurisdictional PF Commissioner with a written request. You need to have as much proof as possible with you - your PF Account Number, balance statement (if you had received in the past), your ID proofs, your relieving letter / resignation acceptance letter, etc. The Commissioner on the satisfaction of your case can approve PF withdrawal without the signature of previous employer. more
if the previous employer is not responding, please approach the PF commissioner with the copy of the letter and write a complaint against the employer and copy to HRD MINISTER AT CENTRE more
Many Employers are having Sadastic Pleasure approach and they do not sign the Form. The signature of previous employer is required only for identification. The Government should come out with amendment in rule that for identification either driving license or Aadhar Card or Passport or PAN Card is enough. They can intimate previous employer that you intend to withdraw and if he feels that you are withdrawing illegally they have to write to PF department and prove the same. Our Circle should take up the issue with PF Department. J.N.Thakkar more
