Dear Rakesh Sharma By filling form 13 and taking the sign of previous or present employer, you can do so. I think you can remove your part of money. more

IF U HAVE UAN AND YOUR PREVIOUS OR PRESENT EMPLOYER HAVE DIGITAL SIGNATURE THEN U CAN TRANSFER BY GOING ON UAN PORTAL.IT WILL HARDLY 15 DAY IN TRANSFER.IF YOUR EMPLOYER DO NOT HAVE DIGITAL SIGNATURE THEN SEND FORM 13 VERIFIED THROUGH PRESENT OR PREVIOUS EMPLOYER WILL TAKE ONE MONTH OR MORE. more

yes i am also doing same that submitting form 13 and get it signed by current employer to get it transfered. please do the same one mostly it will be take maximum of 15 days to transfered more

1) Transferring from previous org to current will take around 10 days time. You must get the Form 13 signed from Previous Employer. If not possible then even current employer can sign the same. 2) You can withdraw your money for repayment of loan and that may also take around 10 to 15 days. 3) If they do not do this job within 10 to 15 days, you should lodge complaint on epfindia.com website.
