Yes, It is the responsibility of the employer to update KYC. In case if they are not updating KYC, employee's have an option to upload KYC details and submit the copies to employer for verfication. However, finally it is the employer who approves the KYC details for his.her employees. www.swiftbusinesssolutions.co.in 9845114411 more
Dear Mambers, I fully agree, KYC shpuld be updated correctly by employer. Also the following details as well, to be input/updated/ CORRECTLY. Since I had to face painful days due to these discrepancies, even now these are the issues. * Date of Birth * Address - correspondence and Permanent * Nominee details * Family members details etc Regards Arun more
Updating the employee's KYC is the responsibility of the employer. If the concerned man is not updating the KYC details, kindly visit personally and get the same updated. In case he does not update, you may contact the higher up in the heirarchy, they will definite take positive action. You should have done this before leaving the organisation. Nevertheless, it is not a problem you approach your previous employer for updating. Matter will be resolved. more
