Thanks Mr.Mittal, moving towards nature's remedies. While commercialism rampant given demonstration effect, a la the company promoting ayurvedic products, carries on. Efforts individually, could save us, when purchasing company's branded offerings make the latter richer. Habitually taste acquired, once the abovementioned added to our diet. more
great natural ingredients without any side effects. We should ensure that these items are part of the food that we eat and also items like turmeric can be consumed with milk/hot water etc The present generation have forgotten our grandmothers who were using these items to keep themselves healthy they might not be knowing scientifically the reasons for it and it would have been handed to them from their parents and now some section of the society are endorsing these products and have come to know that these are free of chemicals which can have lot of side effects. more
Cumin (Jeera), Garlic, Aloe Vera, Stinging Nettle Root and Cod Liver Oil are some more natural blood thinner options. more
