Almost two years delayed PF
Dear Concern,
I have been in The Print Bazaar Pvt Ltd for 18 months (15/10/13 to 31/3/15 ) and served my notice period as well.
But i have not received my Pf claim yet. when i call to concern person in office they are not picking up my ph calls and saying earlier 6 months PF was not deducted. While it was deducted.
I have shown them all proofs my bank statements and offer letter and salary break up as well. after then company is not processing my pf.
I have visited more than 15 times in company which is located in gurgaon from panipat and did lots of ph calls and used cyber cafe for mailing and taken so many leaves from current organization, where i have spent lots of money but now they are just giving my excuse.
I have family problem my father has been paralysis and i have so much need of my money.
Kindly do needful. I am so much needed. more

File online RTI ( right to inform) with employer for statement of PF for your employment period. They have to reply with in 30 days. It cost only 10 rs to file online RTI. If company has not submitted PF they need to submit and will provide corrected statement. more

If you do not have UAN number then contact directly with your EPF number to PF grievance cell. You can also transfer your PF account to your current establishment. No emplyoyer can hold anybody's of. Only you have to approach to the right authority i.e EPF grievance cell. more

@ Srinivasa : operational manager very well knows that earlier 6 months pf was deducted by company ( the Print Bazaar ) and did not deposit yet. now that guy is saying for taking 6 months contribution cash in hand. more
