Arrest warrant against Adani
An arrest warrant has been issued by US authorities against Gautam Adani. So Adani supposedly paid bribes to government officials in India between 2020 and 2024. Of about $250 million or Rs 2000 crore.
So what happens here now, Will he have trial there?

In today’s world, negativity spreads faster than facts, and as one works through the legal process. An absolute commitment to world class regulatory compliance is required. This seems to be the conduct arising out of a massive bribery scheme. Allegation is that the bribery scheme was orchestrated to enable the two renewable energy companies to capitalise on a multi-billion-dollar solar energy project that the companies had been awarded by the Indian government. more

both the bribe taker and bribe giver are equally responsible and have to face criminal charges . In this case Rs 2200 crore( largest share) was taken as bribe by Congress led government of Andhra pradesh . The total bribe paid in this totals RS 2400 crores to different states . Any comments MR. If one pays bribe, every objection disappears and the case moves at a faster pace. After all this is India. more
