What is policy of Gurgaon police against illegal alcohol consumption, in a group, inside or outside cars parked near liquor vends or eating joints. It's dangerous because it invariably involves drunken driving. more

If one gets caught in a situation described above, they will have to cough up money unofficially. Usually, cops never strike at these locations because of their vested interests. If they don't get caught in all probabilities they will be stopped at a barricading and that's where actual action happens. Involvement of RSO (Volunteers) has made the whole process transparent and effective. more
