Gouravji, Please drink 1.5 to 2 liters Luke warm water with pinch of table salt early in morning & after few minutes your would vomit some back as well as pass out through urine & stool. Do it for 1 fortnight & would be benefited. If difficulty in this, try Trifala powder 5- 10 gram with water, before sleeping for a month or two, there would be long lasting effect. Also he should walk or do yoga & pranayam. more
Since the problems have not been indicated by Mr. Gourav Agarwal, it may be difficult to ascertain weather to first go to colonoscopy or nathuropathy. There can be some serious problems in rectum and intestines, which may require surgery, only after knowing from colonoscopy. If no serious problem, residential naturopathy is effective and long lasting. more
Thank you Umesh ji. In that I can add that opting for Naturopathy is sufficient to find a naturopath and start treatment. more
Fortis Hospital, Noida is near to you. Get colonoscopy done. Charges may be slightly higher. If their are no serious indication in intestine, rectum, please take him to a good residential naturopathy center, if he is not very weak for long lasting relief. more
You could consult Dr Randhir Sud who is very good. He wont advise any unnecessary procedures. He is at Medanta Gurgaon and Defence Colony (once a week). more
