I do not agree with this report. The Govt is highly partisan and caters to the corporates and party sympathisers only.It is only show and glitz using foreign origin PR media experts. more
Friends, I invite your attention to the activities of the Judicial MAFIAS PRESENTLY WORKING IN ALL COURTS , TO SABOTAGE THE RULE OF LAW , BY HOOK OR BY CROOK. IN THE NEW INDIAN EXPRESS DAILY NEWSPAPER DATED JANUARY 4 , 2017 , THERE WAS A NEWS ITEM TITLED "Vanishing Act in High Court (of Kerala) : Gone papers gone , .........." 3 sets of sensitive files along with supporting documents had gone "MISSING" FROM TYHE HIGH COURT OFFICES. R.F.A. NO. 172 / 2016 .One C.K. SRINIVASAN Court Officer / Section Officer is suspected of conniving with the Defendant's Advocate (or clerk) . When nearly every govt. official is seen GREEDY FOR BLACK MONEY ,why should a Court Officer be honest ??? SO , THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE COURTS , ALL OVER KERALA . SO ALL THOSE WHO ARER READING THIS MAY PLEASE INFORM ALL CONCERNED NEVER TO TRUST THE COURTS . ALL THOSE WHO HAVE FILED CASES MUST NEVER SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL COPY TO THE COURT . ONLY "NOTARY ATTESTED COPIES" SHOULD BE GIVEN AS SUPPORTING EVIDENCE . THE KERALA GOVT. HAS NO MONEY TO BUY EVEN SOME FIVE RUPEE STAMP,. TO REPLY TO A LETTER . SO HOW IS THE GOVT. GOING TO IMPROVE THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE STATE's JUDICIARY ????? HOW SAD !!! more
The present chief Minister Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan is definitely doing good so far and he should concentrate on good administration, have control on his party workers who are taking law into their hands, put an end to Hartal, Strike, Bundh, labour unrest, etc., atleast during their reign in office. People also should know their duties and responsibilities and the political parties particularly the opposition whoever is not ruling, should co operate with the ruling government in supporting good things and policies instead of blindly opposing everything even if they are good. Every political party and politicians should think of the betterment of the common man and work for their cause instead of fighting for their personal benefit. Responsibility should be fixed for the loss of public property and they should be made to pay Two to three times the loss. The labour laws also should be changed. I can go on writing as the problems are plenty and any length of writing will not help unless everybody start acting earnestly in the right direction. Thanks, K.N. Suryanarayan. 1. Corruption in the revenue department,ie.village office and Taluk office. 2.Rationalisation of Govt. procedures. To quote a few examples.A person who is submitting IT returns regularly and is being assessed every year is made to go to the village office to get an income certificate? He is asked to make an application to the village officer and made to go to a village office where you will see an unruly and disorganised crowd and if with great effort you put your head in between, you may see a village officer dealing with quite a number of people, matters, papers, and files at the same time. How can this poor man will find out the income of the person in the crowd. So we all know how to get this certificate with out difficulty where the corruption starts. If we accept the IT Assessment orders for the last three years,it may be a better and reasonable way. 3.Remove all the old fashioned and unscientific rounds from all junctions where light signals are functional.Make lanes and zebra crossings so that the traffic is smooth and safe. more
