Crown Came Off..

My father in law's crown came off this last weekend Do Dentists charge for putting it back or is it a pretty easy thing to do? more

Hey Alka, if the same crown can be fixed again, there is normally no charge to it. However, if the crown cannot be cemented again and a new one is made, that would be charged. more

hi, Actually it depends. Sometimes old crowns come off because of decay in the teeth or fracture of crown, etc. So It has to be seen whether the crown is really reusable. If it is reusable and fits well, then it can be recemented easily. There is usually a charge to the service as crown fixing cements and materials are usually costly.. more
