Despite all the hulla-bulla in newspapers and electronic media about the impending API barometer no steps have been taken by the Delhi and Central Government. Why was a task force not been made by our PM comprising of NGT, state n central Environment ministries which shall have the Power to advise and implement steps for reducing the Air Pollution. Also, the measures required have to be permanent in nature like precautions during construction work, stubble burning preventive measures, vehicular pollution control, city traffic planning and mass commuting methods, 2nd airport in Greater noida speedy implementation with connecting Airport Express metro services, etc. A strict implementation of laws and penalties for offenders is equally must. more
