Danielji you have brought out very useful information. It is really important that the method used for making tea. The more we boil the tree all such antioxidants are subjected to regarded under sever boiling conditions n subjected to contact with air, while making tea. It is always advisable to add tea leaves or powder in boiled water and the tea pot must be closed immediately, and must be left for decoction. Then only it should be consumed diluting with some milk ,sugar as one wants or the black tea or adding fresh lime . Most of the food items which contains natural antioxidants are lost while cooking or left in open air. Like all must have seen the fresh apple or brinjol, banana, potatoes if kept in open after cutting it turns black or yellow. This means the natural antioxidants present on it has reacted with aerial oxygen n it's properties are lost. Never keep any salad also in open after cutting. It is suggested to cut any salad just while eating or without cutting. Thanks more
