I received the item on around 24th apr with an invoice of Rs 17142/-The invoice did not contain my payment ofRs 30231/-nor refund of the balance Rs 13089/-.I sent queries repeatedly and none of them were answered and on 19th rang up customer care and was informed that the money has been refunded .On asking for details of date of refund the person informed that the money has not been refunded and will be refunded immediately.HOWEVERIT DID NOT HAPPEN AND AFTER further call informing that iwill go to consumer court and police i have been informed refund will be done in 4days and action completed ,though action is incomplete oly when money is received by me in my bank.HORRIBLE KALYAN JEWELLERS more

Normally Gold etc should not be bought online. There are so many chances of malpractices. We should go to shop see , discuss and approve. Check for correct weight, take delivery and pay. more
Getting refunds for products purchased on-line is the worst bottleneck that a buyer faces. And this is applicable in the entire online-industry in India. The Indian online-sales industry is not yet fully and completely developed and the personnel connected with sales and refunds are totally dependent upon "orders from the top". Until then they will keep on "latkaoing" you with promises they invent in order to get you off their back. We are yet too far away from "believing what they show us on-line and what they actually deliver". For expensive items, it's advisable to obtain a quotation first, together with the photo of the item you wish to buy. That quotation will contain the correct price too.VERBAL UNDERSTANDINGS HAVE NO BEARING IN ONLINE TRANSACTIONS, YOU CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT IS SAID ON THE PHONE. Having said that, I do wish to add that based on my personal experience, AMAZON.IN is today the most dependable online-partner in India. more
Approach Takrar Margdarshan Kendra of Mumbai Grahak Panchayat at JVPD, Mumbai. MGP Team will help you. more
I do not buy any thing online. If there is any problem you will never get back your money. The companies keep on giving evasive replies. Best is to go to the shop and select the item of your choice. Unfortunately, buying online has become a fashion now a days rather than necessity. People are becoming more lazy. more
I agree with mr shashi kumar .Expensive items one should go to the shop and buy to see how it looks and feels .Nothing is better than looking at the item physically and then deciding more
