EPF ACCT DETAILS
The Software in use with the Deptt. needs bugs removal as it is mostly under shut down and inoperative on the "download my passbook" section. SeniorCitizens cannot afford to visit PF Office for checking account / balance. more

You can raise grievance if you are unable to download the passbook...http://epfigms.gov.in/ is the portal more

when one person changed the job from one place to another and in spite of the declaration given for the change the PF A/C is generated with different numbers and to link these numbers is very difficult.So the Software to take the proper action in regard with this. more

It is advisable to get out of PF before you are a senior citizen....there are multiple problems with multiple accounts and response from PF dept is very unprofessional for whatever reasons. I agree 100%. It is need of the hour. pf dept and corresponding minister, should drive the computerization efforts to meet common citizens aspirations. Currently Income Tax dept efficiency is solid example to showcase how Information technology help solve many problems, issues faced by common gullible man. I strongly request a petition in this regard to take it forward. Regards Arun more
