EPF Interest Credit

My Interest for PF is not yet credited in my epf account for the Financial Year 2016-2017 & FY 2017 - 2018.

I tried upto the labour ministry over email. But no clear answer is coming out stating reason for this. I even tried once to meet some officials but in vain.

I request some help on this. more
