EPF TRANSFER STUCK DUE TO INCORRECT DOB

My EPF account is having incorrect DOB updated, for which i have already raised a request, however till date it has not been changed, due to which my PF transfer could not be done. more

Dear SirWrite to Regional PF Commissioner, wait for 15 days, if no impact. Make a letter to labour and Finance Minister ask him is this minimum Governmenrt and maximum Governance you preach. you can send a letter which gets automatically when you submit the transfer claim online more

third option available to you is download joint declaration, sign it and then get it countersigned by your present employer and submit it. more

two things you can do. Submit form (2) afresh indicating the correct name etc and submit it through your previous employer along with form-13(R ). Simultaneously raise a grievance in EPFO site. necessary corrective action will be taken by them. more

i have gone through the same problem , there is no use of filing Joint delcaration . more
