EPF withdraw Problems in Noida
I am working in Noida and needs to withdraw some part of my PF for home construction purpose.
Officers at PF office demands 2-3%charges of amount to be withdrawn.
I donot want to pay bribe for my money and looking for a way to stop these malpractices.
My application for withdrawl is presently with me and all relevant documents are enclosed with application.Pls suggest how to move further. more

You should contact APFC/RPFC-I concerned and he is bound to process your application within one month. Even he can not turned down your application for minor mistakes. more

As per the provisions of MP & PF Act, partial permanent withdrawal is permissible for purchase of dwelling house. You may submit you application to the concerned EPFO thourhg your employer and obtain the acknowledgement. Generally for sanctioning of advance, EPFO takes at least 40-45 days. No need to pay any commission. In case of delay go and meet the concerned PF Commissioner. Without applying do not blame any officer of demanding commission. It reflects very poorly on you. more
