Dear Amandeep, if you have any proof of deduction like salary slip where company shows that they deducted PF than you can withdrawn your EPF through court. Â On Tuesday, 21 February 2017 6:56 PM, Amandeep Saini wrote: more
Obtain the details of your account details from your company and also request them to link your account to UAS No. Once it is done you can apply for withdrawal in form 10C. more
Go to Website https://unifiedportal.epfindia.gov.in/. Apply for UAN which is mandatory. Once u get UAN, u can log in and see your EPF balance. No need to contact employer. There is an android mobile application also available and you can check your bal just in one minute. more
You are the rightful owner of the money deducted towards P.F. Send a registered letter to the company to give you the documents related to deduction of your EPF. If they do not respond, complain to the EPF authority. They will take action. Nowadays, the EPFauthoroties are working quite fast and in Vizag I find them helpful. more
1. Send an email to your company giving details of your employment with them and enquire about your EPF account details. 2. Submit form to EPFO for withdrawal through your employer company. The amount will come to your bank account directly. 3. If Company is not cooperating, hire a lawyer for the job.
