Further to my comment please understand the Noida Extension will always have problems like water and Local Government, Proper Markets wont be there as in Ghaziabad you have whole sale as well as well established retail markets, and upto some extent you can say, the shops in Ghaziabad are selling all or most of products at better prices than even in Delhi. On other hand Noida commercial space is too expansive and does not have proper retail market at all. The CSC and LSC are known for charging high prices. In Ghaziabad one can buy a single occupancy house around Rs.1 lac/yds but in Noida in any good locality it will cost double than Ghaziabad. Unless some one is working in that area Noida or Noida extensions are not better places to Live. more
