The people heading the Government of Delhi at present had throughout their life gained notoriety for Protests, Vulgarism, harassment, abusive language, hooliganism and fighting the police and Government agencies.. By their sheer luck people of Delhi voted them to power giving them little chance to gain experience as matured, reserved, peaceloving, persons. They carry with them those old characteristics. such a cheap method can be used by govt sitting in center and not able to digest the fact about state being implementing such great people oriented programs specially in health & education sector. once upon these so called some IAS were trying their all efforts to get posting in Delhi ...not in the interest of common man but own interest to make money before retirement....to day not able to get the pie ..hence joining center to disturb the state govt. mission... more
