Gun laws?

So this Ashish Pandey dude (attached) was threatning a couple at a south delhi hotel sarurday evening and hurling abuses. Is there a law Delhi Police that defines what ine can or cant do with a gun. Can one carry a gun in their vehicle like this. Make us aware please and contain such dudes within Tihar. more
