Hot Water Therapy Can Help!

Hot Water Therapy Can Help!
Do you suffer from:
• Back pain
• Arthritis
• Neuralgia
• Muscle spasm and muscle tension
• Sprains and strains
• Stiffness
• Bruises and contusions

The Magic: There is something almost magical about hot water. The enormous benefits of hot water were intuitively recognised centuries ago. Natural hot springs often became sacred areas of regeneration and developed into centres for healing. People flocked to sites of natural hot water - the spas - for "cure".

The Science: The human body responds to hot water with increased blood flow and oxygen to the tissues and muscles below the skin. Even the chronically tense muscles, which are responsible for much pain, begin to relax, soothing the nerves, loosening the joints, relieving pain and allowing free and increased range of movement.

The Cure: The advent of modern technology has brought hot water into almost every home. It is more than just a convenience. Used properly, it is a powerful therapeutic tool for vital relief from pain. Equally important, the marvellous benefits of hot water therapy can be used in the convenience and privacy of your home. more

Can you suggest a remedy for parkinsons disease my mother is suffering from. She is unable to balance herself while walking. She is undergoing treatment & medication. more
Drinking warm water is also very benefitial for the body. Drinking chilled water does no good to the body at any time...be it the hottest of summers! A few sips of warm water will quench thirst like you will never believe ! While I agree with Raja Sahib that in many cases, hot water therapy will do good, there is a very important concept in Homeopathic treatment called " Aggravations and Ameliorations" of disease symptoms, wherein for several patients, hot surroundings, hot water applications, hot weather or hot drinks etc. aggravate the problems of the patient. And this itself is a leading symptom in selection of the nearest remedy in Homeopathy. more
