How to get UAN

Hi Can somebody tell me how one can get his UAN with the help of pf number. Is there any way to check this? more

UAN is generated by the employer and they can only link it with your EPF account. more

Hi, UAN is generated by the employer in PF portal with the help of data furnished to PF department. After creation of UAN the employer use to provide KYC to link this UAN then only the task has been completed. Now you have not mentioned that you are working still or left. Even present employer can also do this. Pl. check with them. UAN is must for all future transaction with PF department either by employer as well as employee. In case it it has been generated already you can check this with PF department by submitting your PF number with code. Thanks GK more
