You are aware of UAN Number. Then You must be knowing your PF Account Number too. You can either transfer to present company or in case if you want to withdraw fill the prescribed forms, approach the PF Office for further advise. I have the same opinion as stated by Mr.Srinivasa Rao Peri. more
Pl. check whether your employer has paid his contributions more
I suggest you write an Application under RTI 2005 Act to the adjudicating RPFC-II and seek information regarding how to withdraw your PF when your employer has dissolved the org. And proceed according to the response. more
You can transfer your PF contributions of your previous organisation to the present employer. Since you are able to see your account under UAN, it appears, your previous organisation though dissolved, can get you pf accumulations transferred to your present employer and signature of your previous employer is not mandatory. The signature of the present employer is sufficient to get your PF accumulations transferred to the present account. Regarding withdrawal, subject to fuilfilling other conditions laid down for withdrawal, you can subit your form-19 and Form 10C duly attested by the Gazetted Officer of Bank Manager of the concerned Branch. As given to understand, since you are in employment, transfer is the best option and withdrawal is not possible. more
I have the experience. When I sent the withdrawal form in the name of the old company (now the name has been changed), the PF department will knowingly say that they have not received the Form.....this is called bureaucracy!!! You will understand what harassment is meant for.... On Tue, 12 Jul 2016 09:44:27 +0530 "Somarun Das" wrote > more
