INDIAN JUDICIARY IS MORE A BUSINESS
I agree with Mr. Muthuswamy Narayana that we are discussing about Judiciary system without any solution, No one, who is involved as Advocate, Law ministry will ever agree that the system should have direct interaction between Iligant & Hon. Judge, without any outside interference.
I also add that I have also come across many advocates who does not charge moon (many thanks to them). But, then, other side engages highly paid council who do twist & turn the main issue before Hon. Judge.
I really wish a way-out is suggested. more

if u keep crying then future generations will also have to keep crying. the mess is due to ineffective judiciary. our judiciary allows absolute authority and impeccable immunity without any explicit accountability on to judges/advocates which is being exploited to make earning out of grievances by advocates. the merits of the case have lost priorities and other manipulation have bcom important. Judicial reforms fastening responsibility of advocates/judges to strictly adhere to rule of law otherwise punishable for aiding injustice is the need of hour. i have prepared rough petition " Indian Judiciary kills" which ull find under petition. If u fine it proper then u and ur friends may please sign it and we will pursue the matter to logical ends. more

Mr Dhandapani, Hope is belied when the judiciary wakes up at 3 AM of the night to hear an election petition. Pray this is granted to the common citizen and not just politicians. No life would be lost in this case and that there is no other emergency or exigency, except formation of a govt or its swearing-in. The integrity of the common citizen is treated with contempt at every level of dispensation of justice, whether in the bureaucracy or at the courts. Put on the shoes of the politician and you will realise it. Be it a corruption matter or wild-life destruction matter. Can it prolong for years on end? This hypocrisy is further highlighted when any govt opens up a window for public grievances and shuts it bureaucratically saying that the matter is pending before such and such authority. Why make this show of entertaining public grievance? The common citizen knows the position of his grievance at the bureaucratic level. His grievance is that the matter is not being attended to hence the grievance. I join you in your petition, notwithstanding my ill-health and age. more

Even this issue of allowing Share of Rule in Karnataka to the refused and defeated party crowning minority Scored party as CM is indeed away from the concept of One Man One Vote to reject the refused Party to Rule and the true meaning and guarantee of Dr. Ambedkar that was regarded the Constituent Assembly to adopt without detailed Regulations .
Such concept of Judiciary in the case of Kasab really helped the Citizen of India from future Blastings and loss of Souls .
One Criminal if left off, Crime rate increases and takes away Souls/Funds of many. Non Offender if punished the one punish and his family only suffer from Injustice/Sin.
Executive and Judiciary is to realize this fact and , shall never give way for escaping tactics, loopholes to any Financial/Social Offender/Criminal. THIS ONLY IS THE ELEMENT OF JUSTIFIED RULE that never allow increase of Offenders, Criminal and National Challengers . more

वाह!...भारतीय न्यायव्यवस्था के बारे में उपर दिये हुये सबके विचार पढकर मै खुश हु की इतने सारे लोगोने उत्तर दिया है| अब सबके समझमें आं रहा है की अपनी न्यायव्यवस्था कितनी घीनौनी, भ्रष्ट, अन्यायी, निकम्मी है| यह न्यायव्यवस्था अब वाकिलो का स्वर्ग बन चुकी है, न्याय के लिये आम गरीब आदमी चक्कर काटकर और वाकिलो को फीस के लिये अपनी मेहनत की कमाई द्वारा लुटा जा रहा है| वकीललोगो को बस अपनी कमाई की चिंता है, बाकी आम आदमी भाड में जाये| न्यायाधीश लोग तो मुक्त का बंगला गाडी, नौकर, लाखो की तनख्वाह लेकर मजे में है| देशभर में ४ करोड से ज्यादा मुकादमो का फैसला अटका हुआ है....इसलिये मैने जो मोडल बनाया है की सब व्यवस्था लोगो के , गाव के, कस्बो के हाथो में दी जाय| जैसे की अपने हिंदुस्तान में अग्रेज आने के पहले व्यवस्था थी| इसके बहुत से फायदे है| more
