Legal action developer reg.

I have booked Flats during 2013-14 with developer and deposited a certain amount. Neither the developer has started the project nor refunding the deposited amount. pls suggest solution to get the deposited amount from the builder . I can share the information of the builder and amount of deposit, if needed.

My request to honorable PM Shri Naendera Modi ji only helped in a visit by local beat constable from Police station to acknowledge the Petition received but no further action to either get my Hard earned money nor the flat. File a complain at authority, DM office, RERA or consumer court. Prepare for a tension life for 3- 5 yrs. Till you get refund not sure...... It is happening to most of the buyers in Delhi NCR. more
