1) 1 1/2 Litre of Warm water in the morning, 1/5 litre before food in the night & 1/2 Litre 1 hour after food. 2)No water after Food till next 1 hour, that's were the major problem lies. We need to allow Bile produced in the stomach to digest the food. 3) Avoid drinking Tea empty stomach, eat something before that. 4) Eat fruits before Food. 5) Chew your food properly, take minimum 20 minutes to Eat your food.
