There are many factors all connected. You may need calcium. Calcium is absorbed only in presence of vitaminE. That is synthesised in skin only in the presence of sunlight. So exposure of as much skin as possible to sunlight is necessary. Like this there is a train of activity and drug regime. Pl talk to your doctor and modify your days. He knows best. more
