Not able to claim entire pf balance
I am having service history of two Employers recently I have online claimed my PF balance but only amount deposited under one Employers was successfully transferred However amount deposited under Other employer is not being claimed and message which I am getting is claim settled though in latest passbook my other employer PF balance is still visible. Any one can guide me how to solve the issue (I left job around a year back) more

If you are in the same city as your previous employer i would suggest that you go personally and appraise them of the situation.Out of sight is out of mind for the HR more

I too facing similar problem. Not able to claim the amount in respect of previous employer. Have raised grievance & got an answer to contact your employer & submit form 10c. Have been following up on mail to know the exact process, because many questions are still open ended. 1. which employer do I contact- previous or the last? (PF contribution from previous employer is alraedy transferred to the last employer) 2. I did sumbit another online claim for balance withdrawal. but the same was rejected. Does this mean that now I cannot submit online withdrawal application? Or only way is to submit form 10C & initiate manual process for withdrawal with the help of last employer. Can any authority from EPF office clarify/guide on this? more
