Not received P.F and E.P.F from previous company.
I left company on 1st July' 15. Account department sent me all required forms for my sign. I submitted same to company on 28th July'2015. But still today I haven't received My P.F and E.P.F. organisation having their own P.F department. They are not submitting to Central government. more

Chirag what I understand by "company having own PF Department' is they had a PF Trust managed by the company. Even though you can complain to PF office as it is also governed by the same rule. You can write of the PF website grievance and also on pgportal.gov.in more

Getting EPS transfer is very difficult . I am following up regularly through my company for last 10 months but still it is not getting transferred.Reminder are regular but yielding no result.Status is showing pending on system since MAY 15. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT more

Thank you every much to all of you. I was working with private company based at Mumbai-11. Company having own P.F department. And they are not submitting their employees p.f to p.f department of Central government. I worked for 8 years. so I am eligible for epf. All online site for complaints which is for employers having p.f in government. what to do in my case. Thanks more
