Patanjali product with a false manufacturing date

Please see the manufacturing date for the Patanjali product below. This product was purchased in Bangalore. The manufacturing date is April 2018!

Patanjali is way ahead of time! Guess they want consumer to get "Back to the Future" effect after consumption.

On a serious note, can the Ayush department let us know what will be the course of action for such cases to assure the public safety?

I urge the buyer of the shown product to file a complaint with https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ (department of Consumer affairs, govt.of india) along with details of the product bought, shop, place etc. more

Sirji I have been purchasing Jaggery Powder where Solid pcs were found always like stone, I made complaint with photo but no avail thereby I stopped using it. more

This is not first time happened with PATANJALI. Often manufacturing date, expiry date etc. found irrelevant. Even the composition is not mentioned properly. unfortunately there is no specific rules and regulations for AYURVEDIC PREPARATIONS hence each TOM DICK AND HARRY manufacture and sell the products. more

I feel there is no use of making any hue and cry. Patanjali is fully backed by the BJP government. The best thing is not to buy the products. more
