PF transfer stuck
I have initiated a transfer of PF from old to new company 5 months ago. My new PF number is BG/BNG/24960/71726 and old one was MH/BAN/45665/172580
Both my old company and new company have approved the transfer as per PF Website status. It is lying in “Process between in and out offices” for 5 months. I had raised a grievance but that is incorrectly closed stating that no such transfer exists which is a wrong status. Can some one help? more

Do contact your previous employer for the Annexure K and submit with the present employer. If nothing works then file a RTI against the EPFO rest they will contact you immediately. more

The latest update is they closed my grievance stating This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROBND/E/2016/18718. It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken: Your claim from 13 has been rejected since previous p.f. accumulation & service details has not been received to your acc. MH/BAN/45665/000/172580 from acc. No. PY/BOM/11394/000/52087. You are requested to opt annexure K copy from Bommansandra pf office and submit the same to this office. The funny thing is that this transfer was completed in August 2013 and money is shown in e-passbook. I am convinced these guys do not want to work. They only want to show excuses and make honest citizens run around. Very sad.....and no official is monitoring this circle and the I think that the minister in charge (BAndaru Dattatreya) has any clue on what is going on.... he has a nice facecbook page that is repeating government slogans :( more

I too have similar issue, only principle amount transferred. Interest(7months) amount is missing. when i raise grievance under EPFO site for both EPFO offices(old and new), they are closing saying non-actionable because amount is transferred which was not the case. i don't understand what is the use of Grievance address forum when the issue is not getting resolved and letting user to agree whether it was resolved or not. more

@Mr. Shridhar Acharya Ji, I think you are becoming the victim of greedness of the concerned EPF Office. A similar case was reported about 6 months back when the matter was brought to the notice of the senior officials of EPFO and Ministry of Labor. The money was lying with EPFO Department for 3 months and EPFO officials was saying that no transfer has taken place by the previous employer. The PF got transferred to the new employer and now the vigilance enquiry has been requested for. I suggest please report the matter to the senior officials under speed post and request later on for a vigilance enquiry. more

Thank you for your suggestions. Current and pas company have already approved. I have filed two grievances as well and hope some one in PF department will answer. more
