Previous Employer service record not updated

I worked in a company when UAN system was not applicable. Later on, I joined another company and got my PF transferred to my new employer. However, EPS was not transferred, On lodging grievance, I got a reply that in case of EPS, amount is transferred but only service records are transferred to the new company for calculation of EPS. However, my service details show only my last employer. My service with the previous employer is not reflecting under Service History in Unified Portal website. Can someone please let me know how to resolve this situation? more

You can raise a greviance and ask for a copy of the Annexure-K which will provide detail on the EPF and EPS that has been transferred and once you get a copy of the Annexure-K, you can raise another greviance to get the service record updated, Right now, I am in the middle of the same process more

Hi HL Singla, My Suggestion is please go and meet PRO of EPF office and explain , he will give inputs to resolve the issue based. hope fully , he will ask to submit application with Affidavit from Previous employee with payment receipts Thanks S.Ravi more

I also have a similar problem. Normally a form Annexure-K mentioning your past service data is send to your present epfo from the earlier epfo and copy of the same is also given to you. B.Natarajan more
