If you want to withdraw, submit the claim form to the PF Office after obtaining the signature from your respective employers i e , Nestle India and Bharti Airtel or If you are interested in transfer of the PF Money, submit the details to your present employer for transfer. more
Hi, You have to decide to withdraw or transfer to existing working company. If you are decided to withdraw then you have to inform the nestle and bharathi to process your pf withdrawal forms and you have sign the form in the document. After signature your exemployer will also sign and forward it to the concern pf office for payment. Even after seven years you can withdrawn the amount provided you have to give an explanation letter they why you have not withdrawn or transfer sofar. Thanks GK more
What are you doing now? If you are in employment, best option is that you get your previous establishments PF accumulations to your present PF acount linked with UAN. Else submit separate Form 10C through your ex-employers to the respective EPFO. more
To withdraw your pf you should not have contribution to your pf account for minimum period of two months. Then you can withdraw the full amount. You should request pf and get approval from your ex employer. more
1. If you are currently working in INDIA AND if you have an UAN number associated with your current PF account AND if your ealier PF accounts are also linked with the UAN AND if you have updated your Aadhar number which is duly approved by your current employer, You do not have to worry about employer approval for withdrawl of your money from ealrlier PF accounts. 2. If none of those mentioned in point one is done, then you have to contact either your employer or the PF office for generation of UAN and linking of Aadhar 3. Once your UAN is generated and all of the PF accounts are linked to the UAN, then you need not worry about employer approval for withdrawl. more
