Dear All, Age is not a mandatory criteria Indication is suggested as Candidate should be matured adequately. so as must have thoughts & patience in addition to enthusiasm Duties & responsibilities go together & also, Article COI 51A applies Lok Sabha is highest public house in India, highest Panchayat Its members should possess all characteristics except corruption Efficiency, pro-action, public concern, national concern, international concern, national integrity, unit, socialism, natural & social justice, collective leadership & collective following etc all are requirement that MP would face On top of all characteristic, Discipline is a must, which has been missing to some remote corner from all corners of Lok Sabha Hope that all members would refer to Constitution of India, which is in general known to only, advocates & judges & not to general persons like you & me more
all ok except under age more
I am a 43 yr old female lawyer from NCR (Vasundhara), I was very frustrated with the current political atmosphere, whenever my daughter now 9+ used to ask about who are the MLA's and MP's etc. I used to tell her about what information is available in books, but when she used to ask me why these people are not doing work, why they are fighting, how they are cheating us, I had no reply. the only answer available was, when you will grow you will understand. She used to ask me why can't I stood up and fight but was not able to answer that politics is too dirty and no family would like to send their daughter/daughter-in law in this. Even for joining law and again for litigation I had to fight with my own family members. Now with AAP our expectations from new generation of politicians is high and now with pride we can tell our kids that they are the people with good moral and ethical values and are people's servant in actual terms. more
I am eligible but below 40 yrs Sent from My iPhone more
