How can sciatica be cured through Yoga or alternative medicines like Naturopathy and Homeopathy? more

Vineetji, A. please start to sleep on hard bed. Before sleeping lay on back, lift buttock and push towards down and similarly lift back & push upward. Idea is to provide a natural straightening to spine. B. Please put your both elbows on 3 feet high table, put your chin on palms, keep a gap of 6-9 inches between legs & create a stretch in spine by pushing downward. Do it 5- 6 times for half minute appx.. C. Please check that bowels are cleared. Take nourishing died for nerves. D.
