Shouldn’t Delhi CM resign now

Now that the high court has said that it has evidence against CM Kejriwal being involved in generation of money and AAP used it for Goa elections, shouldn’t he resign and let his wife or someone else be appointed as the CM? more

Judiciary is blind...as anyone who has had experience will tell you. I am suffering for 14 years - my tenant has filed a case and through a 2014 Judge's Order(no doubt after filling his pocket) where the Judge in his Order stated: both parties to maintain status quo till final disposal of the case...and I am fighting from 2009. So judiciary will only comment on what it has been offered on a platter...whether it is correct or not they will not apply their brains but then if it is incorrect they will later pull up the person/agency placing false data in front of them to mislead them. ED was asking for permission to get into CM Kejriwal's mobile...why? Would a person keep any incriminating document in his cell phone? They only want to get into the Election strategy for 2024 polls as BJP is vary of what Kejriwal may have up his sleeve. The proceedings are placed in front of a jury member selectively....they ensure bail applications are shot down....what we are witnessing is a complete hijack of judiciary and a mockery of democracy. The precedents and anticedents of the Home Minister are very well known...public memory is very short...Judge Lohia's death is now History.....so allso mysterious death of ex-Gujarat Home Minister: Hiren Pandya. But I believe there are still some honest people with conscience who will wake up one day. more
