Stalin is making random promises

Around 2.8 crore ration cards in TN. Assuming ₹1000 per card per month, expenditure would be ₹2800 crore/month or ₹33,600 crore a year.

That is more than the amount spent on Health, Water supply, Housing, Urban Development together and is equal to education budget.

Stalin is fooling people. more

How about Rs 1500 pm to all ration cards? Is it not worse? None wants to improve education; with ALL PASS rules sweeping from school to college, the youth will become coolies and drunkards! more
It is high time there is a rule that politicians should not use tax payers money on their own whims and fancies. These promises are coming from no where. No public has asked for it and they are promising to empty the coffers for their own selfish political goals. Tamilnadu is famous for using public money for political advantage. This kind of political expenses from the public money should be stopped by the central government/ Supreme court. However, the parties are welcome to spend these from their own party funds. more
Unfortunately EPS has to make counter statements to overcome Stalin's bluffs. more
I t is clear that Neither Stalin & his party know such economics and financial matters. They are only brain-washing the common man who fall prey to such nonsense. more
You are biased. EPS is also making similar promises, for that you do not seem to have any objections. All politicians make unimplementable promises during election time-You should be objecting to all such promises and not just singling out one person/party because you are opposed to it. more
