Sir, Padam Law. You are 100% correct. I had once asked the seller of the feed not to sell pigeon feed as this was Environmentally not good. I explained him in a very soft manner. But he just said" sahab apna kaam karo" and with stern voice. Here you need authority. We just cant fight. Educating AAM JANTA is very difficult and tiering. We all connect everything religiously. For sure we need some kind of law Padam ji to control this. more

The unfortunate part is that EVERYONE expects the Government to solve ALL problems.. or AUTHORITY to take action. But none of us want to do ANYTHING OURSELVESS. What stops us from asking people not to do something on roads? I have even seen people not asking others to continue wearing masks t prevent Covid 19 spreading. Hum kyon karein?..Govt kare kuchh.... this is our attitude. The main reason why India has remained behind in everything compared to other countries more

TRUE, BUT JUST TO EDUCATE PEOPLE IS NOT ENOUGH. THE AUTHORITY SHOULD ACT BY NOT LETTING PEOPLE SELL FEED ON THE ROADS ANYWHERE IN THE CITY. THEY SHOULD ENFORCE IT ON TOP PRIORITY more
