Tatasky cheating customers
Tatasky cunning device to cheat it's customers... Tatasky for quite some time resorting to cheating customers to enhance its revenues . It will quitely add unwanted costly channels like ' Kids mini' to customers package . It targets those with low cost packages /satying single . It has been doing this repeatedly EVen after protesting. What a downfall for Rotten Tata company, they resorting to cheating customers for their revenue . In case they dot want customers with low packages they shoud ask TRAI to fix a minimum cost of package why chest n defraud customers. They call to inform that you been awarded a free subscription for certain channel for 30 days. after that if you do not request to stop that it continues to be charged as paid channel. few years ago i tended to recharge my dish tv subscription for one year in which they offered 30 or more days extra. but i observed that my subscription has ended in less than 11 months on contacting customer care they informed that some extra channels has been activated to my subscription which eat up the balance. Since then I stopped recharging my tv for more than 30 days. I asked them to start a DND service on my registered no. That is certainly a mischievous vehaviour from part of a tv operator. I do not have a tata sky connection but such problem I have faced from dishtv 3 years ago. more

I have not faced any issues with Tatasky till now.I am using Tatasky for the last 6 years. Anytime you can add/delete channel through online or by sending WhatsApp or missed call. Yes there are some promotional ads which may tempt you to add some unwanted costly channels. You should not get carried away by such ads. more

No smoke without fire ! If consumers complain, there must be reason for that. Come to think of it, even I have been wondering why since one week or so the channel 475 (TEN 3 HD.......Rs.17 plus tax) has been switched on and the already subscribed channel 495 (Eurosport HD......Rs.6 plus tax) switched off. I hope, it's kind of an e-glitch and not done deliberately. more

I have not come across such instances. However, the private companies are profit oriented and explore all possible methods. more

It's not that i am supporting Tata Sky Mr.Nair. There are lags. Technician's cheat. Inspite of that i am not facing any major issues for the past 14 years . You can pay as per your choice of subscribed Channels. You can unsubscribe any channel any time if you don't want to watch.There are curated packages too. Tatasky doesn't allow the technicians to charge you directly. Charges get deducted directly from your wallet. I never linked my bank account or credit card with Tatasky account. It's not the blessing of God rather my own experience. more
