* Constantly improve skill : Add more load and volume so that THERE IS BETTERMENT OF THE SKILL
*Rest well : Rest is as important as the rest of the aspects . Plan and provide adequate rest and relaxation to the muscles as well as the body . GIVE ADEQUATE REST FOR THE MUSCLES AS THY HAVE TO RECOUP AND REVAMP FOR THE NEXT DAY .
*Eat right food : EAT FOR NUTRITION NOT FOR TASTE .3/4 vegetables [ except tubers and corn ] , the rest with simple starch like rice. Stomach should have ¼ water , ½ food , ¼ empty for best digestion and health.
*Sleep Much : Sleep and growth of muscles go hand in hand . There is no muscle development and strengthening without sleep. A MINIMUM OF 7 TO 8 HOURS A DAY .
*Stay Patient and consistent : This is not an overnight process to give you the benefits that are claimed by may advertisers . THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT , IT IS CONTINUOUS THROUGH OUR LIVES .Consistence and patience are the key words.
