Treatment of GOUT
I'm 44 yrs old & suffering from Gout for the last 4-5 yrs., please advise whether any permanent treatment. more

Gaut intensity may be checked through blood test , as if RA factor positive then how much it is, now as far as treatment is concerned doctors prescribe pain killer which subside the pain but reoccurance is genuine. Secondly most of affective pain killers are salt of paramecetol which although relieves quickly but damage the kidney (if dose continued for long period) So next alternate is restrictive diet with low fat/calorie as well as affective for this .Hence if u take suggestion of renounced dietician , it would help for controlling the Gaut as well as weight . Natural treatment with requisite exercises , morning walk and full healthy life style may control Gaut for longer period , even Gaut u would be able normal life and Gaut would be able to overpower u. more

AyurvedA may be useful. But better confirm gout, rhumatic factor and arthritis through blood test. more
