UAN, PF linking
I have 3 pf numbers and could not get UAN because company has closed down. Can anyone help or inform in getting these 3 pf numbers linked ( one in Bangalore, one in Delhi and the other in Gurgaon). And how to get UAN and update aadhar, the epf website doesn't allow me to send email query. The number provided on the website is always engaged. The Bangalore number 1860 4251068 is also always engaged.I went to the RO epf bangalore, but the enquiry person gave me a form 13 . But it doesn't help in getting UAN for inoperative account because the previous company also has closed down. I cannot contact the previous company and now I'm unemployed, so no present employer also. Pls guide more

My suggestion for you is to get into a job first, ask the employer to generate UAN. As we can not generate UAN ourself, employer has to generate it for us. After that, you can transfer all your previous funds to the new account, irrespective whether your previous organization stop operating. Fill the Form-13 and send it to the RPFC of respective states. Only one thing is mandatory, you should have all the previous PF numbers. more

HI, As per your msg. you have said that your last companay is closed or not operating. But, normally some one in your company designated for this purpose to get their signature in the claim form for claiming the pf amount. OR you can fill in the form 13 for transfer of funds from one account to another. I hope the other two companies are still functioning. You can get their signature in the form 13 form and get this amount transfered from Ist company to IInd company. Even in the second company also functioning you may claim the PF by submitting form 19 and 10C in the second company. You may write a letter to PF department that there is no UAN created for you. Even you can claim the amount of in these companies by submitted 19 and 10C separately. For the closed company pf fund you have to approach the PF department to get this sorted out. Thanks GK more

Dear Sridhar, Please login with your current or last pf no as uan status and if uan not generate then generate uan. After generate uan no all account transfer to this account and after that upload aadhaar and bank detail .If any problem than mail you pf no detail with current mobile no @ dreamhrd2016@gmail.com more
