US Visa

My grandson is US citizen by birth. His Parents are Indian citizen and Indian passport holder. We are mulling whether to take up US passport or India passport and what shall be the consequences of both the cases. Is it correct that if Indian PP is taken then then US Visa will not be granted? How does one get into US again? Any suggestions? more

I advice society on social and immigration. Even in UN discussion we compare the visa systems and immigration laws of several countries. Prof.Somanth Chatterjee of UN population division has warned the risks of open borders of US And resultant unemployment by 2020 in USA (The paper was in in 2008).Today with out any official documents there are 2000000 and more of various categories of asylum seekers in USA. Countries are looking at UK and Middle East systems of employment based visas. more
sir Passport is required for leaving the country. Visa is permission given to individual fir entering the new country. Since your grand son is born in USA, he need not possess usa visa. By birth your grand son is USA citizen. He will be given USA Passport on the strength of evidence of birth in USA.He can apply for USA Passport. If your grand son wish to visits to any other country except USA, he need Indian Passport. He can apply for Indian passport.By the strength of usa passport he can visit other countries . USA passport holder will have higher advantage of visiting other countries (EU countries). Sine his parents are Indians, he will be deemed to be Indian citizen.Government is issuing new certificate ..person of Indian origin. dr vedula gopinath advocate m9866013121 vgnath@gmail.com Dr Vedula Gopinath Advocate/Arbitrator Visakhapatnam AP India vgnath@gmail.com Ph+91 9866013121 Skype: indiancorplawyer more
