If your grand son wish to visits to any other country except USA, he need Indian Passport. He can apply for Indian passport.By the strength of usa passport he can visit other countries . USA passport holder will have higher advantage of visiting other countries (EU countries). If he has born in US and now living in India. He is entitled for Dual Citizenship. more
