Very Impressed
I am relatively new to Delhi, was in USA before...very impressed with what AAP and local circle are doing. It is great to see local community building at its best.
I look forward to my kids growing here and be proud of it when they grow up. Arvind Kejriwal and citizens of India should set such an example that in a few decades we can all look back and say "Wow we got rid of all that badness that we had" This isn't just about corruption, it is about being honest to ourselves and everyone around us.

Couldn't agree more Minakshi - we need to all step forward to build a better India and even though I am just a user of technology and internet, I think it will change India in the next 2 decades in ways not thinkable by these old school politicians. Happy Republic Day to all. more

Dear All, What Mr Somnath Bharti, the law Minister had done requires courage other than conscience and commitment and has to be appreciated. He was showing the way to police how things can be done. Delhi is a place where most unruly things happen and to fight or tackle unruly things you should not follow any rules. When you follow the rules miscreants will get help of top politicians and even top Police officials. What follows in normal circumstances will be only a drama or eye-wash leading to nothing. Delhi is not only the rape capital it is also the prostitution capital about which nobody wants to speak of. A Government which only wants to show that they are doing something cannot really do anything. The AAP Government in Delhi is very much under stress to deliver their promises they had made before the polls, but nobody wants to support them including police. Without Police Force under them expecting AAP to control law and order or prevent rape incidents or reduce prostitution is like tying legs and hands of a person and telling him to run when he can barely walk. People wants results which they themselves do not know how they can be achieved without co-operation and help from the masses. No party or individual in Government has a magic wand to produce results overnight that too without help from the masses. Earlier the people understands the sincere efforts of the AAP party the earlier, easier and better results they can deliver. When any Government is giving you a good product or service worth Rs 5/- they might have taken from you Rs 25/- or more as tax. When AAP is doing something good to you they want to do it more transparently without taxing you too much. I hope common sense prevails among the masses to be a part of the good movement instead of just criticizing it from a distance. Satheesan more
