When EPF Portal will be able to serve people online?
EPF Work is for namesake online but practically it hardly serves to 5-10% people, otherwise of this portal of no use. It requires you to visit PF Offices despite of all documents uploaded and accepted by EPF Office.
I am struggling to get my pension since last 3 years but of no use. PF Offices want me to visit PF offices in Mumbai & Bangalore wherever I worked. Although responses to grievances is always late but it is of no use.
Just think, now at the age of 66 years and working for about 45 years, still EPF portal is not able to help.
Many people like me have to take rebirth to get pension & PF issues resolved, in this life it is highly impossible and laborious.
I have Pension certificates issued by PF Offices but of no use. more

I agree with Mr Kale. The PF offices do not to issue PPO even after receipt of IDS and other relevant documents in respect of Pension Claims submitted online from other offices. I am aware of 4 such cases of my colleagues where RO,Delhi North & Central issued PPOs only after forcing member for visiting their office in person to submit few documents in physical form. It seems that EPFO,HO has no control on such unfair treatment given to members applying for online Pension Claim. more
